Health Guarantee
-This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health, to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale. It has also been verified by a licensed veterinarian to be in good health and free of any contagious and infectious diseases. It has been vaccinated for Distemper, Adenovirus type 2, Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus while in our care. This puppy has also been preventatively wormed at 3, 4, and 6 weeks of age. This puppy will be accompanied with a complete health record recording all vaccinations, worming's and any other veterinary care it may have received.
The buyer has 72 hours to have their puppy examined by a veterinarian. If it is found to have a life threatening illness or is in poor health, it may be returned. The buyer must provide Midwest Goldendoodles with the results signed by a licensed veterinarian. Midwest Goldendoodles reserves the right to have the puppy examined by the vet of their choice to confirm that the condition or illness was present before leaving Midwest Goldendoodles. At that time your puppy may be returned and you will be given a full refund for the purchase of your puppy.
If your puppy develops hereditary defects such as, hereditary heart or eye conditions, hip dysplasia, or elbow dysplasia that affects it's physical abilities within the first year (12 months) Midwest Goldendoodles will replace your puppy for a puppy of equal value when one is available for you. Your dog must be diagnosed by a board certified technician to have a hereditary condition that is life altering. Midwest Goldedoodles reserves the right to have a second examination and testing done by a vet of their choice.
This Guarantee is only valid to the buyer and not transferable to a second party.

-Your dog must maintain a healthy diet consisting of a premium grain free food as well as a multi vitamin to promote optimal health, not limited to NuVet Plus.
-Your dog must maintain a healthy weight appropriate to the breed and be approved by a vet as good condition.
-Your dog must get daily moderate exercise that is not unnatural or excessive such as marathons, hunting, jogging by bikes, etc.
-Your dog is not required to jump from surfaces that would be unnatural such as truck beds.
-Your dog must receive regular veterinary care and stay current on all worming and vaccinations for the life of the dog.
-The buyer spays/neuters their puppy BEFORE 8 months of age. The buyer must provide the breeder with proof of spay or neuter at time of procedure.
-All dogs sold from MWG are to be strictly pets and NOT bred.

Because nutrition is so important in the health and well being of your puppy. Midwest Goldendoodles will extend our
health guarantee an additional 12 months if your puppy is given NuVet Plus daily. We believe NuVet Plus is an
